The last batch of MHA's new development properties at Heol Gwyndaf and Cwrt Brynallt, Undy is now live on Homesearch. Applicants have until 27 January 2026 to place their bids. If you are interested in these properties, please ensure you submit your bid before the closing date.

Melin Homes Merges to Form Hedyn
On April 1, 2025, Melin Homes proudly announced its merger with Newport City Homes, resulting in the formation of a new housing association named Hedyn. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Melin's journey towards enhancing community services and expanding its impact across Wales.
